“CaaS”), user privacy is
a priority. This Privacy Policy describes how the processing of
information works when using our platform and services integrated into third-party sites.

1. Information we process
   CaaS does not collect, store, or process users’ personally identifiable data.
   The service operates based on anonymous, real-time processing of
   certain technical parameters that the user chooses to enter, such as:
   Body measurements (e.g., height, weight, bust, waist, hips)
   Fit preferences
   Physical parameters necessary for recommendation
   These data:
   Are not associated with an identity
   Are not stored in CaaS databases
   Do not allow the user to be identified directly or indirectly
   As stated in our Terms, the processing is exclusively technical
   and aimed at providing size recommendations

2. Use of cookies and local storage
   CaaS uses technical cookies and browser local storage to:
   Enable the service to function
   Maintain temporary settings during the session
   Improve the user experience
   All information stored through cookies:
   Is anonymous
   Does not allow the user to be identified
   Is not used to create personal profiles
   The user can delete or block cookies from their browser. This may affect the
   service's functioning.

3. Information from e-commerce and analytics
   When CaaS is integrated into online stores (e-commerce), it may interact with usage
   data in a limited and anonymous way, with the goal of:
   Measuring service performance
   Analyzing interaction with the tool
   Improving the accuracy of recommendations
   CaaS:
   Does not receive the e-commerce customer's personal data
   Does not access information such as name, email, address, or payment details
   Uses only aggregated or anonymized data
   All end-user personal information is managed exclusively by the
   e-commerce.

4. Use of information
   The processed information is used solely to:
   Generate size and fit recommendations
   Enable visual simulations (Try-On)
   Improve system performance
   CaaS does not use the information for:
   Personalized marketing
   Selling data
   User identification

5. Optional avatar functionality (image)
   CaaS may offer an optional feature where the user uploads an image to
   generate a digital avatar.
   In these cases:
   The image is processed by external providers (e.g., Google)
   CaaS acts as a technical intermediary
   CaaS does not store the image
   The user agrees that:
   Processing occurs under third-party policies
   CaaS has no control over external storage
   This is detailed in our Terms and Conditions

6. Sharing of information
   CaaS does not share personal information with third parties, since it does not collect
   identifiable data.
   We may share only:
   Aggregated and anonymous data
   System usage metrics
   Statistical information without identification

7. Information security
   CaaS implements reasonable technical measures to ensure:
   Secure data processing
   Protection against unauthorized access
   However, no system is completely foolproof.

8. Data retention
   Since CaaS does not store personal data:
   There is no retention of identifiable data
   Information is processed in real time
   Cookies may persist depending on the user's browser settings

9. User rights
   The user may:
   Not use the service
   Not enter data
   Delete cookies at any time
   Since CaaS does not store personal data, no access,
   rectification, or deletion management in our own databases is required.

10. Changes to this policy
    CaaS may update this Privacy Policy at any time.
    The changes will take effect from the time of publication.
